Senior Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of marketing dashboards and datasets related to paid acquisition, field marketing and events, affiliate, and content/SEO.

• Manage and sustain the foundational ETL processes.

• Develop and uphold first-touch and last-touch attribution perspectives.

• Examine discrepancies among various attribution views.

• Construct robust Python ETL pipelines.

• Identify root causes of anomalies before they impact stakeholders.

• Convert analytical insights into actionable marketing strategies.

• Ensure data and metrics are validated prior to stakeholder utilization.

• Clarify differences between valid measurement methodologies.

• Utilize and guide AI tools along with agentic BI workflows, while ensuring the accuracy of their outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in India.

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, or data analyst roles, preferably with direct marketing or growth exposure.

• Proficient in SQL, including complex multi-CTE queries and navigating logic through unfamiliar views.

• Experience with Python for building data pipelines.

• Familiarity with a BI tool at the dataset or semantic-layer level, such as Superset, Looker, Tableau, or Mode.

• Understanding of first-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch marketing attribution concepts and their trade-offs.

• Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders and present findings to non-technical audiences.

• Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery and Apache Superset is a plus.

• Experience managing analytics across various marketing channels is advantageous.

• Familiarity with integrating and directing AI agents or tools within production workflows is a bonus.
