This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the analytics for Braze email and SMS campaigns, focusing on performance evaluation, A/B testing design and analysis, as well as audience and segmentation analysis.
• Manage Invoca call tracking reports and conversion assessments, linking inbound call activities to marketing campaigns and patient acquisition results.
• Evaluate website and digital behavior using Heap, which includes analyzing traffic, session quality, funnel progression, and conversion insights.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on event taxonomy and ensure tracking accuracy.
• Assist in paid media attribution across Google Ads and other platforms, including the measurement of offline conversions.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders in Marketing, Growth, and leadership.
• Establish and standardize marketing KPIs and attribution methods across various marketing platforms.
• Utilize SQL on enterprise datasets like AWS Redshift to extract, validate, and transform data related to marketing, engagement, and conversions.
• Convert business inquiries into analytics and promote data-driven decisions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage daily marketing channel measurement and reporting activities.
• Contribute to the governance of marketing data, including defining metrics, audience and suppression logic, and ensuring data quality.
• A Bachelor’s degree with over 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with more than 3 years in marketing analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, growth analytics, or data strategy.
• More than 3 years of practical experience in developing enterprise dashboards and data visualizations using BI tools; proficiency in Power BI is essential.
• At least 3 years of experience using SQL on large, complex datasets.
• Over 2 years of experience in independently designing analytics and reporting solutions for executive-level stakeholders.
• More than 3 years of experience in leading analytics projects independently with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders, align analytics solutions with business priorities, and promote the adoption of insights.
• Strong expertise in marketing analytics, digital marketing performance, customer acquisition, attribution, funnel optimization, customer engagement, or lifecycle marketing.
• Familiarity with digital/behavioral analytics, CRM/customer engagement, call tracking, and paid media platforms or similar tools.
• Over 3 years of experience working with cloud-based data platforms and enterprise data architectures.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Capability to meet the specified physical requirements, including lifting and/or moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
