This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Take charge of executing ancillary RFPs for large group clients, covering both new business and renewals.
• Act as a subject matter expert and a valuable resource for colleagues.
• Evaluate ancillary benefits and emphasize plan design changes, enhancements, and deviations beyond mere price comparisons.
• Adhere to best practices and Service Level Agreements to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables for broker partners.
• Manage marketing opportunities within the organization’s CRM system.
• Foster relationships with internal team members as well as external broker and carrier partners.
• Collect carrier underwriting guidelines, plan administration insights, and compliance information for internal processes and broker training.
• Spot opportunities for continuous improvement and collaborate with leadership to implement strategies and solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing analyst or carrier underwriting position.
• Must possess an active life, accident, and health license.
• Knowledge of ancillary products such as dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental health is essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to organizational changes.
• Exceptional attention to detail is a must.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal oversight or guidance.
