Senior Manager/Associate Director, Process Design & Deployment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, analysis, and propose enhancements for business and system processes.

• Examine operational and performance data to spot trends and areas for improvement.

• Create project plans, communicate changes, and offer training to affected business units.

• Act as a consultant for clients and D&I regarding program design.

• Align technical workflows, process standards, and system functionalities.

• Assist Program Operations and Business Analysis in converting functional and technical workflows into CLS.

• Identify, document, and prioritize business, process, and data needs.

• Aid in the design of Patient Programs and document the complete Patient Journey in CRM.

• Facilitate data migration, mapping, and integrations.

• Offer subject-matter expertise for CLS operational reporting and dashboard configuration.

• Support the creation of technical workflows, system integration, data validation, and user acceptance testing.

• Collaborate with the Design & Implementation Team and Client Services from design to Hypercare.

• Provide sales assistance for CRM demonstrations and RFPs.

• Work collaboratively across operational, technology, analytics, training, and IT teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and over 8 years of experience in service-related roles such as project/operations management, customer service, or training.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HUB Operations, including experience with Nursing, Reimbursement, and PAP.

• Direct experience in supporting and facilitating communication between client-facing teams and Technology/operational delivery teams.

• Proficient in Salesforce CRM as a “Power User” and capable of assisting end users with UAT and Hypercare.

• Experience in Salesforce reporting, including the creation of dashboards and operational reports.

• Familiarity with data mapping and migration processes.

• Experience collaborating with offshore and near-shore MSPs and contractors.

• Solid understanding of operational workflows and CRM for program development and enhancement.

• Proficient in delivering sales and training presentations for diverse audiences, including small groups and online settings.

• Ability to collaborate across Training, TC Script, Business Solutions, Telecom, Data Analytics/Reporting, and IT operations teams.

• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

• Preferred typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.

• Successful completion of a background check; a drug screening may be required based on the position.
