Senior Manager, Website

📋 Description

• Spearhead the strategy, roadmap, and implementation for FlockSafety.com

• Convert company and audience priorities into impactful digital experiences

• Take ownership of information architecture, navigation, and audience pathways

• Collaborate with growth leadership on website governance and content lifecycle management

• Lead the strategy for CRO and SEO, including AEO and GEO optimizations

• Oversee direct reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Direct external development collaborators

• Manage the Webflow infrastructure

• Ensure optimal site performance, accessibility, quality assurance, and technical health

• Analyze website data and user behavior to inform roadmap decisions

• Identify and rectify broken interactions, subpar UX, and conversion hurdles

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in web strategy, digital product management, or owning high-impact digital experiences

• Strong strategic and creative judgment skills

• Proven history of leading a website through a significant redesign or transformation

• Technical proficiency with modern CMS platforms, particularly Webflow

• Familiarity with web performance, UX, accessibility, CRO, and SEO best practices

• Ability to analyze website data and user behavior to guide roadmap decisions

• Experience in managing direct reports or cross-functional team members

• Preferred experience in supporting complex B2B purchasing journeys

• Authorization to work legally in the United States

• Ability to comply with Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification requirements if necessary, including adherence to FBI CJIS Security Policy and a fingerprint-based background check
