This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead Neo4j's web strategy and implementation within a global digital framework.
• Formulate and oversee the comprehensive web strategy, encompassing web architecture, navigation, content organization, and UX best practices.
• Maintain consistency and coherence in design, layout, and messaging across various pages and regions.
• Perform competitive analysis to uncover digital trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Design, Operations, and Regional Marketing teams.
• Communicate strategy, results, performance metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Act as a liaison among digital, marketing, and product teams.
• Manage web projects from initiation and planning to execution and launch.
• Supervise project pipelines, timelines, scope, deliverables, inputs, assets, and approvals.
• Monitor workstreams and address any obstacles that arise.
• Enhance digital workflows and standardize processes.
• Evaluate site performance, user engagement, and conversion rates using web analytics.
• Analyze user journeys, engagement trends, and conversion data.
• Set KPIs and report progress via dashboards and presentations.
• Assess launches using heat maps, click maps, funnel analysis, feedback, and session recordings.
• Convert findings into UX and business-impact recommendations.
• Create and implement a test-and-learn agenda.
• Design and manage A/B and multivariate testing from hypothesis formulation to insights generation.
• Document insights and disseminate best practices across teams.
• Over 7 years of experience in web, digital marketing, or product management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS context.
• Demonstrated ability to craft strategy and lead cross-functional collaboration for intricate digital ecosystems.
• Profound knowledge of web analytics and performance enhancement techniques.
• Proficiency in GA4, tag management, dashboards, and conversion tracking.
• Strong experience with A/B testing tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or VWO.
• Understanding of SEO/SEM principles.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to transform data and strategy into compelling narratives.
• Experience in project management within agile workflows.
• Familiarity with Asana or Jira.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
