
Senior Manager – Turnaround and Restructuring

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute, develop, and lead engagements focused on Turnaround and Restructuring Services within the Automotive sector.
• Guide and advise on restructuring initiatives, encompassing strategy formulation, liquidity management, concurrent processes, out-of-court negotiations, bankruptcy preparation, and strategy implementation.
• Create and carry out restructuring and turnaround strategies to enhance stakeholder value.
• Develop comprehensive financial models, including integrated P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and 13-week cash flow projections.
• Maintain an executive presence and act as the primary contact for assigned engagements.
• Keep Partners updated regarding the progress of engagements.
• Build and nurture relationships with both internal and client personnel.
• Oversee professional teams and allocate work assignments effectively.
• Cultivate team environments and contribute to the professional growth of team members.
• Engage in marketing, networking, business development, and proposal creation.
• Travel to serve local, regional, and national clients.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is essential.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in business restructuring, valuations, and/or related consulting services is required.
• At least five (5) years of management experience, including the oversight of internal and external teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
• Advanced knowledge of bankruptcy and insolvency procedures is preferred.
• An MBA or another relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• CFA, CIRA, and/or CTP designations are preferred; CPA, CFE, and other relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Prior experience in a consulting organization is preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Capability to review and assess the work produced by others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and discrepancies.
• Solid organizational abilities and the capacity to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to multitask both independently and within a group setting.
• Competence to work in a deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
