Senior Manager, Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a transformation roadmap that aligns with global growth goals and highly automated environments.

• Oversee high-priority initiatives including Opportunity to Order, P2P Modernization, and Parkplace Transformation.

• Break down organizational barriers and promote collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, IT, and Legal departments.

• Supervise a Transformation project manager to ensure the delivery of requirements and operational milestones.

• Analyze complex process flows, pinpoint bottlenecks, and redesign workflows to enhance efficiency and agility.

• Propel the adoption of AI-driven solutions and self-service tools.

• Optimize ROI on the current technology stack and suggest updates or enhancements.

• Employ data-centric methods to create significant business and user impact.

• Establish and track KPIs for transformation initiatives.

• Facilitate final Go/No-Go approvals for major projects.

• Ensure readiness for UAT, data cleanup, and transition plans.

• Collaborate with executive leadership on vision, strategy, and project updates.

• Manage change initiatives, employee communications, and enablement strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in project management, strategy development, or business transformation.

• Ideally, experience within a global technology or cybersecurity organization.

• Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity operations, IT, digital trends, change management, and strategic planning.

• Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce/CPQ.

• Familiarity with AI capabilities.

• Experience using transformation tracking tools like Jira.

• Strong data presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to influence executive leadership and technical teams effectively.

• Proven experience in motivating cross-functional teams.

• Experience managing external vendors or contractors.
