
Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations – Digital Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Lead strategic initiatives for the Digital Commerce Platform executive team
• Assist in annual planning and oversee the organization's budget
• Enhance organizational efficiency, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure cross-functional alignment
• Own and consistently refine the organization’s three-year vision
• Conduct stress tests on the vision and advise executive leadership on necessary adjustments
• Construct business models and investment cases to guide strategic choices
• Formulate and implement organizational strategies, roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives
• Provide decision-making support by collecting inputs, analyzing trade-offs, and framing recommendations
• Manage budget planning, allocation, tracking, and reforecasting for personnel, tools, vendors, and programs
• Define key organizational artifacts, KPIs, team charters, decision logs, and ROI metrics
• Establish and enhance the business management system
• Lead monthly and quarterly planning processes and cross-functional business reviews
• Streamline team processes and workflows to boost efficiency
• Coordinate intricate cross-functional initiatives and facilitate workshops
• Design and implement frameworks for people development, onboarding, and career pathing
• Collaborate with HR and Talent on organizational design and restructuring efforts
• Create internal communication strategies and disseminate organizational updates
• Organize all-hands meetings, town halls, and leadership forums
• Prepare executive communications and presentations
• Oversee leadership meetings, including agenda setting, pre-reads, and follow-up on action items
• Act as a trusted advisor and representative for Digital Commerce Platform leadership
• Over 10 years of experience in digital or technology sectors
• Proven success in driving complex, cross-functional initiatives to completion
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• More than 15 years of progressive leadership experience in digital commerce/eCommerce initiatives (preferred)
• Strategic thinker with the capability to manage tactical execution
• Exceptional program management skills across multiple complex initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Innovative and resourceful problem-solving mindset
• Ability to influence without direct authority and foster trust across various levels
• Flexibility in adapting to ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
• Familiarity with digital experience platforms and associated technologies
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proficient in Jira, Asana, PowerPoint, and Confluence
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global responsibilities (preferred)
