Senior Manager – Strategy and Operations, Health100

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and report on the progress, milestones, and metrics of strategic initiatives.

• Develop communications and presentations tailored for senior executives and stakeholders.

• Transform complex technical data from engineering and product teams into actionable insights for leadership.

• Contribute to integrated planning, internal communications, and performance reporting across PCW Digital & Technology.

• Lead strategic projects by outlining scope and implementation plans.

• Track project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.

• Act as a liaison for cross-functional teams.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements.

• Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis, including benchmarking, forecasting, and investment assessment.

• Assist with special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, operational leadership, and program execution within a technology organization.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management.

• Over 5 years of expertise in executive communications strategy within technology, health insurance, or related sectors.

• Strong grasp of technology and operations.

• Ability to tackle complex problems and facilitate cross-functional change.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience).

• Experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy & operations, or business operations role supporting senior leadership is preferred.

• Proven track record of establishing new processes and operating rhythms in a fast-paced or evolving organization is preferred.
