Senior Manager – Strategy and Operations, Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Track and report on the advancement of strategic initiatives, encompassing milestones and performance metrics.

• Develop communications and presentations tailored for senior executives and stakeholders.

• Distill intricate technical information from engineering and product teams into actionable insights for leadership.

• Participate in integrated planning, internal communications, and performance reporting throughout PCW Digital & Technology.

• Drive strategic initiatives and projects by outlining the scope and formulating implementation plans.

• Oversee project progress to ensure punctual and successful execution.

• Act as a liaison for cross-functional teams.

• Enhance collaboration and operational excellence.

• Recognize opportunities for process improvements.

• Perform market, competitive, and financial analyses, including benchmarking, forecasting, and investment assessments.

• Assist with special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, operational leadership, and program execution within a technology organization.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management.

• Over 5 years of experience in executive communications strategy within technology, health insurance, or related fields.

• Strong grasp of technology and operations.

• Proficient in solving complex problems and facilitating cross-functional change.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School diploma + 4 years of relevant experience).

• Preferred: Experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy & operations, or business operations role supporting senior leadership.

• Preferred: Experience in establishing new processes and operational rhythms within a fast-paced or evolving organization.
