Senior Manager, Storeroom Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring high-quality storeroom services are provided to Motion customers.

• Allocate resources according to project requirements and proactively seek opportunities for process enhancement.

• Supervise storeroom evaluations.

• Create and uphold training materials and documentation.

• Oversee post-implementation assessments and ongoing improvements.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage interactions with senior client representatives and Motion leadership for significant redesign initiatives.

• Develop additional storeroom services to drive revenue growth.

• Establish and implement standardized processes, tools, and systems for project execution.

• Build and maintain a team with high skill levels.

• Manage projects profitably.

• Collaborate with the management team to define and execute strategic initiatives.

• Perform other assigned responsibilities.

• Supervise 5–10 direct reports.

• Hold budget management responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with ten (10) or more years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination is typically required.

• Extensive knowledge of eCOS, EDI, Punch Out, Ariba, CribMaster, Arcturus, RFID technology, and storeroom design and setup.

• Proven ability to manage multiple resources across various locations on complex projects.

• Experience in business, including managing teams and customer relationships.

• Consulting experience in systems implementation and integration, process reengineering, or a related field.

• Strong project management skills.

• Previous experience in implementation and project management is essential.

• Knowledge of storeroom design and operations.

• Preferred technology experience.

• Proficient computer skills, including the complete MS Office Suite.

• Travel is required.

• PMP certification or progress towards certification is preferred.
