Senior Manager, Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the successful execution of intricate technology initiatives across diverse teams.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, eliminate obstacles, guide teams in Agile best practices, and encourage continuous improvement.

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale technology projects.

• Operate and fine-tune an Agile-based Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for teams comprising both technical and business resources.

• Mentor and coach leaders and stakeholders on Agile methodologies.

• Advise Scrum teams on Agile principles and values to foster self-organization, ongoing learning, and continuous improvement.

• Analyze Agile metrics and reporting frameworks to track and relay essential information while monitoring team progress.

• Employ Agile tools to oversee daily Scrum activities.

• Derive actionable insights from analytics and report on team productivity, velocity, and quality.

• Create stakeholder communication strategies and integrate feedback for process enhancements.

• Facilitate the Scrum process and provide support to the Scrum team.

• Establish sharing and documentation systems through wikis, documentation platforms, or knowledge management tools.

• Guide team members, stakeholders, and product owners on Agile values, principles, and practices.

• Engage with teams, stakeholders, and external parties to mitigate potential challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-10 years of professional work experience.

• 2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills.

• A growth mindset with a commitment to personal and professional development.

• Proficient in execution and delivery, including planning, delivering, and supporting projects.

• Scrum Master Certification is required.

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is preferred.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

• Familiarity with software development practices is preferred.

• Scrum Master experience with teams working on complex large-scale applications is preferred.

• Proficiency with Agile collaboration tools such as CA Rally, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams is preferred.

• Understanding of resource allocation, forecasting, and budgeting is preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
