This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend and document procurement and supply chain processes.
• Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications for SAP Ariba solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis to pinpoint areas for process enhancements and system upgrades.
• Execute hands-on configuration of SAP Ariba's Procurement, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Invoicing modules.
• Work alongside functional and technical teams to implement features, workflows, and integrations.
• Engage in system design, prototyping, and testing activities.
• Assist with the integration of SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications.
• Diagnose and resolve integration challenges.
• Support middleware tools and APIs utilized within the integration landscape.
• Investigate and address system issues, errors, and performance obstacles.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 support for SAP Ariba incidents and escalations.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Deliver training and documentation to end-users and support teams.
• Keep stakeholders informed about project status and system performance.
• Remain current on SAP Ariba features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Propose system enhancements and process optimizations to enhance efficiency and achieve cost savings.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience, or, in the absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a Business Analyst or comparable role, particularly focused on SAP Ariba.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP Ariba configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve project milestones and goals.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies, such as middleware and APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• SAP Ariba certifications are preferred.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to meet business needs, approximately 30% of the time.
