This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop solutions by evaluating the business context and confirming requirements.

• Examine existing and future processes to uncover optimization opportunities.

• Convert business requirements into clear solution alternatives.

• Generate business, functional, and non-functional specifications.

• Assist in preparing the backlog and tracing requirements.

• Aid in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Engage in Agile ceremonies and coordination efforts.

• Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders.

• Contribute to reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis.

• Create documentation, meeting notes, and reporting materials.

• Support the project manager with business analysis tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree along with 9 years of professional experience.

• Proficiency in diagramming, modeling, and wireframing tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, UML, BPMN, Balsamiq).

• Experience adhering to Agile methodologies.

• At least one of the following certifications: Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Certified Business Analysis Thought Leader (CBATL), Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP).

• Must be able to work remotely from the EU.
