Senior Manager – Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and take responsibility for the real estate pipeline in designated territories.

• Conduct site research and analysis for real estate that has been sourced and/or accepted into the pipeline.

• Manage pipeline resources, essential information, and documentation, facilitating the progression of sites through real estate diligence.

• Coordinate and compile deliverables for the Real Estate Committee intended for the executive team and cross-functional partners.

• Lead negotiations for Letters of Intent (LOIs).

• Work closely with the legal team on lease negotiations.

• Manage relationships with brokers in assigned territories.

• Oversee landlord relationships throughout the due diligence and permitting processes alongside the development team.

• Maintain national institutional relationships ensuring that [solidcore] is the primary contact for relevant real estate matters.

• Foster collaboration with Legal, Operations, FP&A, and Marketing teams.

• Undertake special projects that support macro business functions.

• Represent and uphold the [solidcore] brand in professional environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Law, GIS, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in multi-market deal-making/leasing within the Western US, either directly or indirectly with retailers, is necessary.

• Experience with Class A/urban street retail assets is preferred.

• Experience in people management and team leadership is required.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and interpreting legal documents.

• A proactive mindset in identifying opportunities and solutions, taking ownership of outcomes, and pursuing continuous development.

• Strong capability to manage competing priorities against multiple deadlines.

• Ability to analyze substantial amounts of data and translate it into actionable recommendations.

• Understanding of business performance with the ability to derive insights for real estate and company strategies.
