Senior Manager, Provider Success – Southeast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Implement the national provider success strategy to meet regional performance objectives.

• Take ownership of regional outcomes, including provider satisfaction, engagement, retention, and issue resolution.

• Promote increased adoption and sustained utilization of Counterpart Assistant within assigned markets.

• Leverage national playbooks and workflows while customizing execution to suit local provider and market requirements.

• Lead, mentor, and develop regional provider success teams, which include Regional Directors of Operations and Account Managers.

• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with key provider partners.

• Guide teams in defining account-level tactics, prioritizing daily tasks, and achieving regional objectives.

• Manage regional staffing, prioritization, and resource allocation decisions.

• Identify workflow, implementation, and operational challenges that are unique to specific practices or markets.

• Create and implement local strategies to eliminate obstacles and enhance the provider experience.

• Track regional performance trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Report systemic issues and insights to national leadership for enterprise-level resolution.

• Collaborate with regional Clinical, Network, Growth, and Operations leaders to ensure cohesive execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, provider operations, or value-based care programs.

• Over 4 years of experience in Medicare Advantage, ACOs, or other risk-bearing health plan models.

• Proven experience in defining and steering account-level strategy for provider-facing or field-based teams.

• Extensive experience in operational design, process improvement, and change management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence both direct and indirect teams.

• Experience in collaborating with and influencing Primary Care providers.

• Background in supporting multi-state provider operations.

• Strong analytical capabilities to drive market-level decision-making.

• Experience partnering with technology or product teams on tools that support field execution.
