Senior Manager, Project Controls, Project & Development Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project controls delivery at the portfolio level

• Develop and implement delivery strategies, control frameworks, and governance structures

• Act as a senior advisor to client stakeholders

• Mentor and supervise Managers and Senior Project Controls personnel

• Influence staffing decisions, resource allocation, and delivery models

• Contribute to the enhancement of internal tools, standards, and processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• At least thirteen years of relevant experience

• A minimum of 2 years in a management role

• Capability to influence the strategic direction of the relevant department or practice area

• Advanced skills in project controls

• Proficiency in client relations, management, and consulting

• Highly organized with exceptional analytical abilities

• Expertise in using cost and schedule management software

• Experience in one or more of the following sectors: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or a related technical field

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills

• Master's degree is preferred

• Relevant certification is preferred
