
Senior Manager, Product Telemetry & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +12 more states.
β’ Take ownership of a unified intake process for telemetry and analytics requests across Product, Finance, Customer Success, Rev Ops, and IT.
β’ Manage the balance between scheduled platform initiatives and urgent requests from executives.
β’ Collaborate with technical leadership to assess feasibility, establish dependency order, and coordinate sequencing.
β’ Develop enablement into an ongoing program, allowing each function to independently locate, comprehend, and trust the data.
β’ Increase the proportion of demand fulfilled through self-service solutions.
β’ Oversee the governance of metric definitions to ensure consistency in meaning across all forums.
β’ Act as the representative for the function to leadership by conveying updates on shipments, blocks, changes, and their implications, along with recommendations.
β’ Lead and cultivate a team based in India, focusing on talent assessment, performance management, career development, and necessary skill sets.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in product telemetry, product analytics, analytics engineering, or data-related roles.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role.
β’ Proven track record of owning an analytics or data operating model, including request intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and service expectations.
β’ Experience in creating self-service analytics or internal data products that teams can easily find, understand, and trust.
β’ History of effective executive communication, setting clear expectations, framing trade-offs, and building trust with senior stakeholders.
β’ Proficient in both product analytics and data architecture, enabling credible discussions in either area.
β’ Experience leading a team located outside the U.S., preferably in India, while managing significant time zone differences.
β’ Familiarity with AI-native or agent-queryable data infrastructure.
β’ Knowledge of platforms like Snowflake, Amplitude, or similar data warehouses and behavioral analytics tools.
β’ Background in enterprise software with a complex user journey, or experience in product-led growth (PLG) and product adoption settings.
β’ Practical experience with SQL, dbt, or pipeline tasks, even if not recent.
β’ Experience collaborating with UX research, voice of the customer (VOC), or experience measurement teams.
β’ Ability to operate in compliance with U.S. export controls.
β’ Target annual bonus of 15% of base salary, contingent on individual and company performance.
β’ Monthly Connectivity Plus stipend of $150 to cover remote work-related expenses.
