This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of technical product support specialists.

• Supervise the operational processes of the product support team.

• Ensure optimal functionality of software solutions for both internal teams and clients.

• Act as the primary advocate and escalation point for PrismHR configuration, troubleshooting, and advanced support.

• Manage Salesforce administrative support, optimization, and workflows.

• Direct the implementation, mapping, and ongoing technical support of General Ledger integration.

• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and support of Time and Attendance systems.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to identify system enhancements, streamline processes, and implement product features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in the PEO industry.

• Extensive, hands-on experience in leveraging, configuring, and supporting the PrismHR platform is essential.

• Proven experience in managing, supporting, or administering Salesforce.

• Strong track record in leading and developing a team of technical support professionals or software specialists.

• Solid background in supporting General Ledger implementations and complex system integrations.

• Experience with Time and Attendance implementation and support.

• Familiarity with UKG Ready is highly preferred, but not mandatory.

• Excellent analytical abilities with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving intricate system issues.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical terminology into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
