
Senior Manager, Product Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead the product performance function for designated products across various business lines.
• Supervise product performance evaluations and conduct performance analyses.
• Coordinate initiatives aimed at enhancing product performance.
• Prepare executive leadership for regular engagements with key state regulators.
• Establish the strategic vision and define core objectives for the Product Performance department alongside other functional leaders.
• Monitor and manage the performance of the commercial product portfolio.
• Revise strategies and implement improvement measures to meet financial planning targets.
• Support and execute strategies to manage cost structures and provide competitively priced, compliant products.
• Track programs that manage medical costs, unit costs, and selling expenses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify and implement strategic priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate leadership and health plan executives.
• Assess product enhancements against the strategic plan, membership enrollment, and retention objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience utilizing analysis to develop and manage initiatives for improving financial performance is required.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience is required.
• Previous experience in finance, data analysis, or actuarial services is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare administration and/or managed care is preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time, including out-of-state and overnight travel.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
