Senior Manager, Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team dedicated to product development and/or management.

• Leverage market research, customer insights, product financials, and operational metrics to outline product strategies.

• Create both strategic and tactical product roadmaps.

• Guide cross-functional teams in identifying business needs, financial models, and technical limitations.

• Formulate and contribute to product strategy, development, and lifecycle management.

• Ensure product offerings are in alignment with operational requirements, customer priorities, organizational objectives, and long-term product vision.

• Collaborate with leaders in Customer Experience & Engagement, Marketing Research, Finance, and Operations to capture customer feedback and develop solutions driven by customer needs.

• Engage with Customer Experience & Engagement, Operations, and IT to shape product roadmaps.

• Develop go-to-market strategies and comprehensive operational plans targeting specific customer segments and both existing and emerging markets.

• Provide leadership in product development, including managing cross-functional teams.

• Work collaboratively within the Product organization on strategy, roadmapping, execution, and interdependencies.

• Create and maintain product roadmaps, focusing on the prioritization of features and initiatives.

• Mentor and lead product managers in a collaborative, high-performance culture.

• Partner with IT, operations, finance, analytics, Legal/QRA, marketing, sales, and other departments to facilitate product development and launch.

• Collaborate with the EAI team on market research, analyze user feedback, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies alongside marketing and sales teams.

• Monitor and assess product performance while identifying opportunities for enhancement.

• Direct financial analysis and projections for future financials.

• Collaborate, influence, educate, and motivate both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in healthcare/biopharma products and services.

• Ability to influence teams across Finance, IT, sales, marketing, and operations.

• Expertise in formulating product strategies, roadmaps, and product management practices.

• Demonstrated leadership in product development.

• Familiarity with product management methodologies, business case creation, and pricing strategies.

• Capability to collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams and effectively communicate ideas and strategies to internal stakeholders, executives, customers, and partners.

• Proficiency in developing transformative product strategies and roadmaps.

• Strong ability to lead and expand product management and cross-functional product development teams, including significant technology initiatives.

• Entrepreneurial mindset.

• Proven ability to lead in an innovative and dynamic environment through experimentation, learning, and iteration.

• Competence in working effectively with various organizational levels.

• External focus with the ability to provide market insights and recognize opportunities.

• Proven track record of identifying issues, trends, and opportunities driven by data and customer insights.

• A minimum of 5–7 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry.

• 2–4 years of experience in team leadership.

• Proven experience in effectively leading cross-functional teams within a matrix environment.

• Experience in driving innovation and new product initiatives from conception to launch.
