Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development of pricing strategies that align with CVS Caremark’s business goals and market positioning.

• Discover innovative pricing methods to boost profitability and enhance competitiveness.

• Partner with the underwriting team to formulate and integrate pricing strategies.

• Examine market trends and opportunities for differentiation in collaboration with business partners.

• Employ data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate pricing effectiveness and suggest modifications.

• Create and execute new pricing models for CVS Caremark and its clients.

• Work alongside sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and support for pricing strategies.

• Promote communication and knowledge sharing among teams.

• Showcase pricing strategies and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

• Cultivate relationships with internal partners to facilitate pricing initiatives.

• Guarantee that pricing strategies adhere to applicable regulations and industry standards.

• Keep track of changes in the regulatory environment that impact pricing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or pharmacy benefit management sector.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective pricing strategies that stimulate business growth.

• Outstanding analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting complex data and market trends.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to present intricate information clearly and persuasively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent specialized training or relevant professional experience.
