This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Business Development teams globally across Europe, Asia, and the Americas to identify pricing opportunities.
• Create economic models to support business acquisition efforts for Sirva.
• Collect data and conduct financial analysis pertaining to pricing strategies.
• Provide pricing solutions for both new client engagements and contract renewals for existing clients.
• Oversee and report on pricing initiatives.
• Direct pricing strategy, analysis, and support efforts.
• Examine client cost trends, relocation patterns, and policies to set strategic pricing directions.
• Sustain, update, and enhance pricing comparison models.
• Collaborate directly with Sales SVPs on pricing proposals and pipeline opportunities.
• Investigate competitor pricing and product design.
• Apply margin pricing and cost analysis to boost corporate revenue.
• Advise sales teams and directors on delivering pricing proposals.
• Collect and analyze data, and perform product performance and pricing reviews.
• Transform vague requests into clear, actionable tasks.
• Prepare special analyses that support pricing and overall relocation strategies.
• Supervise the Pricing Analyst roles within the Relocation function.
• Conduct performance management and professional development activities for Pricing Analysts.
• Report directly to the Director of Pricing.
• Collaborate with sales, risk, supply chain, operations, and finance teams to assess company profitability.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 7 years of experience specifically in the Relocation Finance sector.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, VB, and Excel, especially in data manipulation and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools or other technical applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a matrixed organizational environment.
• Strong analytical abilities to connect financial outcomes with operational performance drivers.
• Proven leadership in project or process improvement within operations or finance.
• Exceptional communication skills across various levels, functions, and geographical areas.
• Ability to convey complex financial information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Adaptability and flexibility in uncertain situations.
• High integrity and commitment to ethical values.
• Confidence and assertiveness in engaging with business leaders and advocating for positions.
• Experience in the relocation industry is essential.
• Must reside in the United States, ideally within the EST or CST time zones.
