This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise the daily operations and overall effectiveness of various remote case management teams through their respective team leads.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop team leads and managers.
• Create frameworks, practices, and standards for a cohesive, high-performance distributed team.
• Conduct leadership meetings, performance evaluations, and case assessments across different teams and time zones.
• Track capacity, workloads, and distribution of cases.
• Convert broader objectives and priorities into precise team directives.
• Ensure that pre-litigation cases are handled from claims initiation and investigation through lien resolution, maintaining thorough documentation and adherence to timelines.
• Supervise the initiation of claims, retrieval of medical records and billing, care management, demand preparation, and lien resolution.
• Identify and execute process enhancements to boost speed, accuracy, and consistency at scale.
• Maintain quality standards for documentation, communication, and client interactions.
• Facilitate client communications and resolve escalated issues related to treatment, insurance, or liens.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and external providers for case preparation and resolution.
• Work alongside product, engineering, and data teams to develop and improve AI-driven tools and systems.
• Over 10 years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims, with substantial experience leading other managers (a manager of managers).
• Proven experience in leading and scaling multiple teams in high-volume, fast-paced settings while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
• Highly skilled in technology and capable of utilizing digital systems in an AI-oriented environment.
• Proactive in leadership, developing managers, and upholding high accountability standards.
• Clear, professional, and confident communication with clients, team members, and firm leadership.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities.
• Capacity to take ownership while collaborating within a broader leadership framework.
