This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in global fulfillment operations for surgical procedures by ensuring the efficient, compliant, and timely delivery of medical products and assets.
• Carry out comprehensive order processing utilizing QAD, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Observe fulfillment trends, identify risks to surgical case support, and aid in implementing corrective measures.
• Collaborate with warehousing and logistics partners to maintain order schedules and address fulfillment challenges.
• Implement and enhance reverse logistics processes for borrowed and loaner assets.
• Work alongside field teams and third-party logistics providers to minimize turnaround time and boost asset availability.
• Assist in the planning and execution of the loaner kit program.
• Monitor kit utilization and idle time to uncover opportunities for enhancing kit availability.
• Ensure inventory accuracy for non-kitted implants and consumables.
• Address urgent fulfillment requests and adhere to approval processes.
• Act as a liaison for field sales, clinical teams, and customer service regarding product delivery and availability.
• Facilitate customer-focused order fulfillment communications and reporting.
• Identify and promote continuous improvement initiatives within fulfillment and asset operations.
• Conduct work in accordance with quality system requirements and standards set by FDA, ISO, and EU MDR.
• Assist with internal and external audit processes.
• Contribute to the creation and revision of standard operating procedures related to fulfillment and inventory management.
• Over 3 years of experience in field operations, fulfillment, or logistics, ideally within the medical device sector.
• Practical experience in inventory management, loaner kit coordination, and order processing in a regulated setting.
• Proficient in QAD ERP, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, and EU MDR.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• APICS, CSCP, or other supply chain certifications are advantageous.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
