This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main sales operations business partner to Strategic Sales Leadership and Directors of Strategic Accounts.
• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly business rhythms, including forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.
• Highlight any discrepancies from set goals and expectations.
• Recognize performance drivers in a low-volume, high-value sales environment and spearhead initiatives to enhance win rates, deal velocity, and multi-product attachments.
• Oversee territory design and optimize the book of business.
• Responsible for reporting and analytics for the Strategic team utilizing Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Hex on Snowflake.
• Develop analytical tools for business leaders.
• Implement AI and automation tools to streamline reporting and workflow processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects aimed at reducing workflow friction and inefficiencies.
• Bridge the connection between Strategic Sales and the larger Enterprise business.
• Provide guidance to sales leadership on operational strategies for large-scale business challenges.
• Direct analytical support from the Strategy & Operations team based in Pakistan.
• A minimum of 6 years of Field Sales/Revenue Operations experience within a high-growth SaaS organization, specifically supporting an Enterprise or Strategic segment.
• Proficient in operating within a low-volume, high-ACV environment where deal-specific judgment is as crucial as overall trend analysis.
• Exceptional skills in spreadsheet and data management.
• Proven experience in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Understanding of how Salesforce applications integrate with one another.
• Capability to enable sales teams on Salesforce best practices and associated tools.
• Experience collaborating with Sales Leadership on weekly forecasting, territory alignment, ROE, QBRs, and similar initiatives.
• Familiarity with scoping and evaluating analytical work produced by offshore or distributed teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets.
• SQL proficiency and practical experience using a notebook-based analytics tool, such as Hex, to query a cloud data warehouse like Snowflake, are highly preferred.
• Genuine proficiency and interest in AI, with daily experience using LLMs and a background in building solutions involving automation tools like Glean, Google Apps Script, n8n, or similar.
• Applicants must be eligible to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
• Some interviews or onboarding training sessions may occur in person at one of Motive's global offices.
