This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise operational processes and systems associated with student advising.
• Engage collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, academic departments, and Student Support Counselors.
• Oversee advising-related data management, department scheduling, enrollment processes, reporting, and ensure system accuracy.
• Maintain centralized tracking of advising-related data while ensuring its accessibility, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Monitor student information concerning academic progress, dissertation status, withdrawals, degree audits, faculty advisor assignments, and cross-campus enrollment.
• Assess eligibility for commencement, residency, study abroad programs, and other academic requirements.
• Administer internal articulation agreements for students transitioning between academic programs.
• Collaborate on operational needs related to enrollment, course scheduling, and student support.
• Generate and analyze reports for enrollment management, course scheduling, system audits, and student tracking.
• Conduct regular system and data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Direct course scheduling in alignment with student needs and graduation requirements.
• Develop and manage courses using CampusVue/Campus Nexus and other university systems.
• Assign faculty, cross-list courses, evaluate course capacity and enrollment, and implement scheduling adjustments.
• Actively participate in enrollment meetings and term-preparation efforts.
• Review course schedules and enrollment data, implementing necessary modifications.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• 1-2 years of experience in administration or higher education.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Experience with CampusVue/Campus Nexus or comparable student information systems, including course scheduling, enrollment management, data review, and report generation.
