This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main business partner for sales operations, collaborating with Networks Sales Leadership and the Global Account Manager team.
• Develop the operational framework for an expanding sales initiative, which includes defining key metrics, creating reports, and establishing weekly and monthly rhythms.
• Take ownership of forecasting and pipeline management while monitoring parent network connections and the adoption of downstream members independently.
• Collaborate with Central Operations on engagement rules, account hierarchy, segmentation, ownership, and credit allocation.
• Measure network penetration and member conversion, leading initiatives aimed at enhancing these metrics.
• Manage reporting and analytics for the Networks team utilizing Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Hex on Snowflake.
• Create analytical tools that empower the team to sell in a strategic manner.
• Leverage AI and automation tools, including Glean agents, Google Apps Script, and n8n, to streamline manual reporting and workflow tasks.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives that minimize workflow obstacles and enhance sales efficiency.
• Provide counsel to sales leadership regarding operational strategies for large-scale business challenges.
• Collaborate with Networks Sales Leadership, Global Account Managers, Enterprise Sales Operations, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Strategy & Operations in Pakistan.
• Over 6 years of experience in Field Sales/Revenue Operations within a rapidly growing SaaS organization.
• Proven track record of establishing operational processes and reporting mechanisms in previously non-existent environments.
• Familiarity with channel, partner, franchise, association, or other indirect and multi-tiered sales frameworks is highly advantageous.
• Outstanding skills in spreadsheet management and data handling.
• Experience in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Understanding of SFDC application integrations.
• Capability to support sales teams with SFDC best practices and associated tools.
• Proficiency in navigating complex account hierarchies, parent/child relationships, segmentation, and credit allocation issues.
• Experience collaborating with Sales Leadership on weekly forecasting, territory alignment, ROE, QBRs, and related projects.
• Experience in scoping and reviewing analytical contributions from offshore or distributed teams.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal guidance.
• Competence in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with notebook-based analytics tools like Hex, querying a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake is highly preferred.
• Genuine interest and proficiency in AI; daily use of LLMs and experience with building agents, scripting, or workflow automation tools like Glean, Google Apps Script, or n8n.
• Candidates must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
