This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Apollo.io's performance marketing engine across all paid channels.

• Lead and cultivate a team of specialists in paid channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, TV, Audio, OOH, and related areas.

• Oversee an 8-figure annual budget with a focus on efficiency, incrementality, and pipeline contribution.

• Develop and enhance the measurement and attribution framework, incorporating pixel configurations, CAPI integrations, and marketing mix modeling.

• Propel testing and experimentation initiatives across creative, audience targeting, bid strategies, landing pages, and channel combinations.

• Collaborate with teams from Creative, Brand, Analytics, Product, and Finance.

• Manage forecasting, pacing, and performance reporting for senior leadership.

• Supervise external agencies, media partners, and technology vendors.

• Advocate for PLG and SLG acquisition strategies throughout the funnel and buying journey.

• Establish the vision for paid acquisition and contribute to growth strategy and team culture.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in performance marketing.

• Extensive experience in B2B SaaS environments.

• Demonstrated success in a high-growth company managing a large and complex media budget.

• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Proficiency in TV, Audio, and OOH channels.

• Strong understanding of tracking and attribution methodologies.

• Experience with pixel setup, server-side/CAPI configurations, UTM frameworks, and multi-touch attribution models.

• Analytical skills with data tools like Looker and Amplitude.

• Experience in building, managing, and mentoring senior individual contributors.

• Capable of translating complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences.
