Senior Manager, Oracle HCM Support

📋 Description

• Drive the advancement and ongoing enhancement of HR platforms and capabilities, with a primary focus on Oracle Cloud HCM.

• Collaborate with HR product owners to pinpoint opportunities, set priorities, and convert business requirements into technology solutions.

• Inject technological expertise and fresh ideas into conversations while proactively recognizing new opportunities.

• Question existing processes and requirements, suggesting more straightforward, scalable, and innovative strategies.

• Oversee solutions from initial concept and design to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.

• Address business challenges across platforms, integrations, data, automation, AI, and employee experiences.

• Offer functional and technical leadership in platform configuration, integrations, testing, releases, and production operations.

• Guide employees, contractors, consultants, and technology partners aligned with the portfolio.

• Collaborate with Data, Identity and Access Management, Security, and other technology teams.

• Identify and mitigate technical debt, recurring issues, manual processes, and automation prospects.

• Foster a culture of ownership, curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

• Enhance HR and employee experiences at Digital Realty, a provider of data center, colocation, and interconnection solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.

• Functional and technical expertise to assess solutions and guide teams effectively.

• Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and enterprise HR technology.

• Proven experience leading a technology platform, product, capability, or substantial portfolio of work.

• Proficiency in translating business challenges into effective, scalable technology solutions.

• Experience across enterprise applications, integrations, data, and business processes.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder partnership abilities.

• Experience leading employees, contractors, consultants, technology partners, or cross-functional teams.

• Capability to challenge traditional methods and propose new ideas while ensuring reliability, security, and practicality.

• Preferred experience across various Oracle HCM functional areas, security, integrations, APIs, or Oracle Integration Cloud.

• Beneficial experience with broader HR platforms, HR data and analytics, identity and employee lifecycle processes, workflow automation, AI, employee self-service technologies, or product-oriented/agile technology delivery.
