Senior Manager, Operational Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Spearhead operational enhancements across the enterprise, from defining problems to ensuring ongoing execution.

• Deliver objective evaluations, root-cause investigations, governance frameworks, operating model designs, cross-functional alignment, implementation assistance, and effectiveness assessments.

• Drive cross-functional improvements by implementing governance and measuring effectiveness.

• Identify underlying causes, control deficiencies, failure points, adoption obstacles, and significant business risks related to quality, workforce, compliance, customer experience, and performance.

• Create scalable playbooks, workflows, RACIs, standards, decision-making rights, performance routines, and escalation procedures.

• Convert findings into actionable steps, assign owners, establish checkpoints, measure adoption, and track outcomes.

• Facilitate a seamless transfer to sustainable business-as-usual operations.

• Collaborate with senior leaders to challenge assumptions, formulate business cases, synthesize complex information, and transform uncertainty into actionable plans.

• Assess the readiness, adoption, ROI, and operational impact of transformation initiatives.

• Cultivate analytical and problem-solving capabilities for operational excellence.

• Offer independent support and feedback to clients regarding business challenges to promote the Conduent Consultancy proposition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in a managerial role focused on Operational Excellence or a related field.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage and lead teams across various functions.

• Strong skills in project management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency.

• Relevant certifications like Lean Six Sigma or Project Management Certification are advantageous.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
