Senior Manager, MPPS Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Serves as a senior expert in project management, offering guidance and mentorship based on extensive experience.

• Customizes project management methodologies and best practices to meet the specific requirements of each project.

• Provides advice to project teams and stakeholders on project management principles, practices, and methodologies.

• Plans, executes, and oversees complex projects that align with organizational goals.

• Authorizes project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Evaluates project performance against industry benchmarks, best practices, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Assesses project deliverables, milestones, and timelines to ensure completion is both timely and accurate.

• Mentors project managers and team members.

• Advises stakeholders on project management practices, processes, and tools.

• Oversees projects from initiation to completion, managing resources, budgets, risks, and changes.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience leading cross-functional projects.

• Knowledgeable in business intelligence.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
