This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the workflow within the marketing department by managing resource allocation, load-balancing, and capacity planning.
• Align internal talent with the appropriate skills to programs, campaigns, and projects based on their expertise, availability, and developmental aspirations.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of departmental projects to facilitate prioritization and capacity management.
• Track resource allocations and modify assignments to address over-allocations, bottlenecks, and conflicting priorities.
• Collaborate with Program Management to anticipate resourcing requirements and identify when external vendor assistance is necessary.
• Source, onboard, and manage relationships with vendors and freelancers.
• Uphold the approved list of vendors and freelancers, ensuring external partners adhere to quality and onboarding criteria.
• Negotiate rates with freelancers and contractors, while managing vendor contracts and associated documentation.
• Evaluate the performance of vendors and freelancers, recommending retention, replacement, or expansion of partnerships.
• Track individual and team utilization in relation to capacity targets and suggest necessary adjustments.
• Facilitate daily standup meetings for Creative and Digital Strategy teams, along with weekly production and resourcing discussions.
• Communicate resource limitations and availability to Program Management and leadership.
• Assess forecasting and allocations to support staffing strategies and data-driven hiring and capacity choices.
• Maintain skill matrices to identify skill gaps, growth opportunities, and training requirements.
• Assist in staff development strategies and opportunities for advancement.
• Monitor estimated, allocated, and actual hours to enhance estimating precision and resource planning.
• Take on Program Management duties as required to ensure seamless operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in resource management, production management, or marketing operations, either in an external or in-house agency context.
• Preferred experience in a non-profit or mission-driven organization.
• Familiarity with Workamajig, Monday.com, Workfront, NetSuite, or other integrated operations tools.
• Proficient in managing production calendars, load-balancing resources, and overseeing skill matrices.
• Exhibit a personal commitment to Jesus Christ.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Program Management, Creative, Marketing Strategy, and departmental leadership.

• Skilled in managing changing priorities, competing resource demands, and evolving requirements.
• Exceptional capability to coordinate multiple concurrent programs with interdependent timelines and capacity limitations.
• Ability to detect resource bottlenecks, over-allocations, and skill gaps, and formulate solutions.
• Capacity to drive accountability for resource utilization and talent development.
• Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
• Capability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for off-site meetings.
