This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the complete marketing performance measurement process, encompassing campaign, channel, and program reporting from initial engagement to closed-won revenue.
• Develop, sustain, and enhance attribution and funnel models for effective budget allocation.
• Utilize machine learning and LLM-based methodologies for propensity scoring, pipeline forecasting, channel mix optimization, and automated anomaly detection.
• Create AI-assisted insights for automated analysis addressing "what changed and why."
• Assess, pilot, and expand AI functionalities within marketing and analytics tools.
• Establish responsible AI usage standards, validate model outputs, document assumptions, monitor drift, and collaborate with Security and Legal on data management.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation and Events teams to define targets, predict pipeline contributions, and monitor performance.
• Design and manage dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Oversee the marketing data architecture, which includes Salesforce, marketing automation, and downstream warehouse tables.
• Work alongside Marketing Operations and Data Engineering to ensure data quality and proper instrumentation.
• Provide executive-level analysis and presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), board materials, and annual planning processes.
• Offer budget scenarios and ROI analyses for potential new investments.
• Enhance analytical standards through mentorship, comprehensive documentation, and clear analytical guidelines.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a closely related analytics role.
• At least 2 years of experience leading analysts, cross-functional projects, or both.
• Strong preference for experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proficient, hands-on SQL skills.
• Proven track record of managing B2B funnel and attribution measurement.
• Experience in developing or significantly reconstructing a multi-touch attribution or pipeline model.
• Practical experience applying machine learning or AI to business challenges, including propensity scoring, forecasting, segmentation, or automated insight generation.
• Familiarity with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase) or large-scale media mix modeling and incrementality testing.
• Proficient in Salesforce, a marketing automation platform (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), and a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions.
• Experience with dbt, Python or R, and a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) for marketing data modeling is advantageous.
• Experience in supporting an enterprise, multi-product go-to-market strategy is a plus.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs or AI-assisted analytics tools is a bonus.
