This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of end-to-end marketing performance measurement, including reporting for campaigns, channels, and programs from initial engagement to closed-won revenue.
• Create, sustain, and enhance attribution and funnel models used for budget distribution.
• Implement machine learning and LLM-based techniques for propensity scoring, pipeline forecasting, channel mix optimization, and anomaly detection.
• Develop AI-assisted insights for automated responses to “what changed and why” inquiries.
• Assess, pilot, and expand AI capabilities within marketing and analytics tools.
• Provide recommendations on whether to build or buy based on measured outcomes.
• Establish standards for responsible AI usage, encompassing output validation, assumption documentation, drift monitoring, and data-handling collaborations with Security and Legal.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation and Events teams on target setting, pipeline forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Design and manage dashboards and self-service reporting tools.
• Oversee the marketing data infrastructure, including Salesforce, marketing automation systems, and downstream warehouse tables.
• Work alongside Marketing Operations and Data Engineering to ensure data quality and proper instrumentation.
• Present executive-level analyses and reports for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), board meetings, and annual planning sessions.
• Create budget scenarios and ROI analyses for new investments.
• Elevate analytical standards through mentorship, documentation, and transparent analysis practices.
• Report to Marketing Operations and provide support to the entire marketing organization.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a closely related analytics role.
• At least 2 years of experience leading analysts, cross-functional projects, or both.
• B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred.
• Strong, hands-on SQL skills are essential.
• Proven ownership of B2B funnel and attribution measurement.
• Experience in building or significantly reconstructing a multi-touch attribution or pipeline model.
• Practical experience applying machine learning or AI to solve business challenges.
• Familiarity with ABM platforms (such as 6sense, Demandbase) or media mix modeling and incrementality testing at scale.
• Proficient in Salesforce, a marketing automation platform (like Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), and a BI tool (such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• Experience in partnerships with marketing operations, demand generation, sales operations, and finance.
• Background checks are mandatory.
• Nice to have: experience with dbt, Python or R, and a cloud data warehouse (like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Nice to have: experience supporting an enterprise, multi-product go-to-market strategy.
• Nice to have: experience developing with LLM APIs or AI-assisted analytics tools.
