This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.
• Revitalize and oversee the enterprise's learning technology framework by incorporating Generative AI tools and digital talent platforms into everyday operations.
• Create and uphold a data-driven skills inventory while anticipating technology disruptions.
• Design pathways for upskilling and reskilling.
• Manage comprehensive learning tracks, leadership and behavioral transformation initiatives, and modular micro-learning resources.
• Develop toolkits for manager enablement, coaching frameworks, and mechanisms for continuous feedback.
• Set up live learning analytics dashboards that assess skill velocity, behavioral adoption, internal mobility, business impact, and ROI.
• Collaborate with business leaders to synchronize skills forecasting and employee development processes.
• Take ownership of the ongoing optimization of learning technologies and analytics.
• Enhance employee time-to-proficiency and ensure alignment of learning outcomes with strategic business objectives.
• Define project scope, prioritize resources, and manage multiple learning initiatives from conception to execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in corporate learning and development, instructional design, or talent development.
• Experience in mentoring colleagues or leading teams.
• Proven experience with modern digital talent stacks and the implementation of AI-driven learning tools.
• Advanced proficiency in enterprise digital talent stacks and Generative AI applications.
• Extensive knowledge of adult learning theory and behavioral psychology.
• Ability to leverage cognitive science principles to create retention-focused learning pathways.
• Skill in translating executive KPIs and operational metrics into targeted learning solutions.
• Experience in developing live performance dashboards to monitor capability velocity and business impact.
• Capability to establish consultative partnerships across management levels and align capability frameworks with organizational objectives.
• High initiative and independence in managing complex, concurrent learning initiatives.
• Ability to define project scope, prioritize resources, and drive initiatives from conception to execution.
