This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Lead the initiative for Manufacturing Excellence across all Integer Manufacturing Facilities.
• Develop and implement sustainable systems that foster full engagement and achieve world-class operational performance in areas such as safety, quality, delivery, lead-time, and cost.
• Deploy and enhance the Integer Production System.
• Guide sites in the application of Integer Production System elements.
• Offer training to sites on essential concepts and keys to success.
• Spearhead annual Hoshin Planning sessions with Plant Leadership Teams.
• Formulate and execute site transformation plans.
• Lead Lean Diagnosis Workshops and establish strategic improvement plans for value streams.
• Challenge existing site paradigms and stimulate strategic thinking.
• Develop workshop profiles and facilitate cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Mentor teams through implementation to ensure long-term success.
• Coach site leaders in strategic improvement, lean principles, Gemba management, problem-solving, and leadership.
• Advocate for Lean thinking through training, mentoring, and coaching at all organizational levels.
• Establish and maintain the Improvement Idea System.
• Engage associates in workshops and solution development.
• Celebrate achievements and acknowledge contributions from associates and teams.
• Promote the sharing of best practices across various sites.
• Manage and develop direct reports through clear expectations, coaching, guidance, and individual development plans.
• Support sites in reaching their annual goals for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory.
• Enhance engagement by cultivating Lean change agents.
• Meet assigned goals and objectives.
• Enable and monitor incremental savings opportunities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• At least 10 years of industrial experience in driving continuous improvement.
• Experience as a Plant Continuous Improvement Manager is preferred.
• Familiarity with Hoshin Planning.
• Understanding of Value Stream Mapping.
• Knowledge of Workplace Organization and Visual Controls (5S).
• Proficiency in Manufacturing Standardized Work.
• Awareness of Manufacturing Training & Certification.
• Knowledge of Built-in Quality practices.
• Familiarity with Scheduling & Material Operating Systems.
• Understanding of Manufacturing Cell Design.
• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance.
• Familiarity with Leader Standard Work.
• Understanding of Production Monitoring & Improvement Processes.
• A change agent mindset.
• Ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Strong planning, execution, and project delivery skills.
• Capability to motivate, coach, and teach others.
• Proficiency in facilitating workshop events.
• A spirit of teamwork and collaboration along with a desire to lead.
• A passion for excellence.
• Travel requirements range from 25% to 75%, depending on the candidate's location.
