This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
β’ Assist clients from various sectors in navigating the immigration process and seeking professional opportunities.
β’ Engage in legal writing, case management, and the strategic application of emerging technologies.
β’ Conduct research, draft, and prepare compelling legal briefs and supporting documents.
β’ Create comprehensive and well-organized legal briefs for employment-based immigration matters, including EB-1A and EB-1B petitions, EB-2 NIW petitions, and O-1 visas.
β’ Perform legal and industry-specific research to bolster claims, highlighting measurable contributions.
β’ Draft, review, and refine legal documents for clarity, precision, and persuasiveness.
β’ Ensure that all filings adhere to legal standards and deadlines.
β’ Leverage collaboration platforms, case management systems, emerging technologies, and digital tools to enhance teamwork, communication, organization, and client service.
β’ Provide support for Senior Case Managers by coordinating case setup and managing billing processes.
β’ Oversee client communications and document evaluation.
β’ Progress matters in conjunction with the supervising attorney.
β’ Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fields such as immigration case management/paralegal work, legal services/support, document review, or editing.
β’ Client-focused attitude with a dedication to delivering high-quality service and thoughtful, personalized communication.
β’ Experience with advanced digital tools and a willingness to embrace emerging technologies.
β’ Proven ability to adapt and remain flexible in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
β’ Previous experience or familiarity with STEM fields is preferred.
β’ Outstanding skills in legal drafting, editing, research, and analysis.
β’ Ability to synthesize complex technical or scientific information for legal analysis and drafting purposes.
β’ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
β’ Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
β’ Must be able to perform the role within the United States.
