Market Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Operate and oversee results for various locations within a specified market.

• Ensure the consistent implementation of the WOW Operating Way plan across all sites.

• Coordinate activities at locations with General Managers and track capture rates.

• Hold team members accountable for shop performance, adherence to SOPs, and customer service.

• Conduct daily load-leveling calls for the market.

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees.

• Provide coaching for staff, address customer concerns, and promote ongoing education and development.

• Engage in external marketing and team-building initiatives.

• Advocate for safe and clean working environments while reviewing audits and safety records.

• Ensure appropriate use of personal protective equipment and document any violations of safety policies.

• Collaborate with corporate staff on market growth, reporting, and communication strategies.

• Evaluate location performance against established goals and provide coaching to managers.

• Communicate with claims managers and dealer accounts on a monthly basis.

• Conduct monthly in-person operational reviews and audits.

• Build relationships with insurance contacts and referral sources.

• Ensure that stores respond promptly to client inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five years of experience in the collision repair industry.

• A minimum of three years in a management role.

• ICAR Platinum certification is preferred.

• An estimating license if required by the state.

• Ability to read and interpret financial statements.

• Extensive experience in estimating.

• Capability to meet the physical demands of the position, with reasonable accommodations available where applicable.
