Senior Manager – Lawfare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise comprehensive on-chain tracing, asset tracking, and cryptocurrency forensic analysis.

• Incorporate dark web intelligence, cyber data, and off-chain information to assist in complex disputes and litigation.

• Prepare investigative reports, witness statements, and legal exhibits for court procedures and legal teams.

• Act as an expert witness or provide essential testimonial support on specific legal issues.

• Oversee complete investigative workflows for ongoing disputes.

• Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, law enforcement, and outside partners.

• Convert technical, cryptographic, and cyber findings into legal intelligence, lawfare strategies, and straightforward court summaries.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7+ years of professional experience in cryptocurrency investigations, law enforcement, forensic consulting, specialized intelligence, or organizations focused on crypto.

• Demonstrated success in providing testimony, submitting official sworn declarations, or serving as an expert witness in legal or regulatory contexts.

• Significant hands-on experience with leading blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis, Elliptic, and TRM Labs.

• Background in dark web intelligence and methodologies for cyber investigations.

• Capability to lead multiple legal, investigative, or consulting projects under strict deadlines.

• Outstanding ability to translate complex technical data into clear, court-ready reports, affidavits, and declarations.

• Preferred: background in formal litigation support, legal operations, or dispute resolution.

• Preferred: certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile methodologies.

• Preferred: formal certifications in crypto/forensics such as CFE, CCI, or Chainalysis Certified.
