This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Oversee a team of Field Channel / Alliance Managers.
• Set both short-term and long-term objectives and quotas that align with the company's goals.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report weekly on team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Precisely forecast channel metrics, including deal registration, partner-sourced and influenced revenue, and overall partner business performance.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to create and optimize corporate alliances go-to-market strategies.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to the team on best practices, strategies, and techniques for channel and alliance management.
• Address and resolve any partner conflicts effectively.
• Educate and support representatives in the new partner selection process, including qualification, onboarding, and enablement.
• Identify, develop, and assess personnel to ensure that sales targets are achieved.
• Engage with partner leaders to nurture executive relationships and enhance partnerships.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Channel Sales.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.
• Trilingual proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
• Strong skills in relationship building and negotiation.
• Capability to collaborate cross-functionally with Technology Alliance, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• In-depth understanding and experience in the Cybersecurity industry, particularly in leading Alliance/Channel strategies.
• Aptitude for grasping how technology products and solutions address business challenges.
• Proven experience in managing channel and alliance partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies for improved decision-making, workflow optimization, and business outcomes.
• Established connections within the partner community.
• Proficient in the processes and mechanics involved in working with Value Added Resellers (VARs) and Distribution Partners.
• Proven capability to manage professional-level employees.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting tools.
