Release and Cutover Manager, Oracle Cloud HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete route to live across the Oracle Cloud HCM landscape.

• Oversee development, SIT, UAT, and production environments.

• Align Oracle HCM environments with connected applications and interfaces.

• Manage the entry of project, business-as-usual, regulatory, and vendor changes into controlled environments.

• Lead integrated release planning and implementation strategies.

• Oversee cutover, rollback, contingency, and post-implementation validation processes.

• Supervise retrofit activities to ensure configuration, code, and integrations remain aligned.

• Coordinate Oracle quarterly updates with program releases, payroll cut-offs, and testing cycles.

• Organize the calendar for two mandatory Oracle updates and the March payroll year-end.

• Collaborate with project managers, product owners, architects, test managers, service management, suppliers, and change approval forums.

• Make decisions regarding releases and environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing the route to live on a large ERP program within a regulated environment.

• Experience chairing approval forums, establishing entry and exit criteria, and controlling delivery gates.

• Background in overseeing payroll cut-offs and parallel runs, including reconciliation processes.

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and familiarity with its quarterly update cycle is advantageous.

• ERP experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft will be considered.

• Experience in financial services or another regulated sector.

• Ability to manage audit trails and maintain approval evidence.
