Senior Manager, IT Applications – OTC, SAP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +42 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and support functional design, cross-module integration, and prototyping efforts.

• Assist business users in optimizing platform capabilities.

• Evaluate business processes and address system integration challenges.

• Provide lifecycle support and oversee assigned application and technology partnerships.

• Create functional and integration specifications.

• Develop system-related processes and autonomous agentic solutions.

• Manage and guide cross-functional teams, system integration partners, and vendors.

• Execute tasks, manage work packages, oversee system upgrades, and coordinate larger delivery programs.

• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and Digital service line stakeholders to gather business requirements.

• Ensure compliance with SAP global templates and address any deviations.

• Lead and engage in testing cycles.

• Conduct cutover activities in preparation for go-live.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience with SAP and integrated applications.

• Over 7 years of experience in the customization and configuration of commercial systems within SAP Sales and Distribution.

• Experience with the SAP Customer Service module is a plus.

• A minimum of two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experiences is required.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex integrated processes with applications connected to SAP.

• Knowledge of commercial management processes is advantageous (including trade management, rebates, payment allocations, and eCommerce).

• Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to project management.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% globally, as needed.
