Senior Manager, IT Applications – OTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +42 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and assist in functional design, cross-module integration, and prototyping efforts.

• Advise business users on how to optimize platform capabilities.

• Analyze business workflows and address system integration challenges.

• Provide ongoing lifecycle support and oversee assigned application and technology partnerships.

• Create functional and integration specifications.

• Develop processes related to systems and solutions for autonomous agents.

• Manage and mentor small cross-functional teams, integration partners, and vendors.

• Execute tasks, oversee work packages, implement system upgrades, and contribute to larger delivery programs.

• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and Digital service line teams to gather business requirements.

• Ensure compliance with the SAP global template while addressing any deviations.

• Guide and engage in testing cycles.

• Conduct cutover activities in preparation for go-live.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience working with SAP and integrated applications.

• Over 7 years of experience in customization and configuration of commercial systems within SAP Sales and Distribution.

• Experience with the SAP Customer Service module is a plus.

• A minimum of two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experiences.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex integrated processes with applications connected to SAP.

• Knowledge of commercial management processes is beneficial (trade management, rebates, payment allocations, eCommerce).

• Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field.

• Strong leadership capabilities and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing projects.

• Willingness to travel globally up to 25%, as required.
