This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee assigned technology integrations from initiation and assessment through to stabilization and standardization.
• Create and manage integration roadmaps, project schedules, budgets, dependencies, and critical milestones.
• Conduct technology readiness evaluations, cutover planning, and activities aimed at post-integration stabilization.
• Facilitate systems and data migrations, ensuring the secure and compliant transfer of both firm and client information.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, HR, Operations, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and firm leadership to address dependencies and maintain the momentum of integrations.
• Identify risks, issues, and resource limitations related to integration and develop plans for mitigation.
• Deliver executive-level updates on integration progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Spearhead change management and adoption initiatives to assist employees and firm leadership during technology transitions.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in leading technology projects, with substantial experience in supporting M&A integrations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement complex technology integration roadmaps.
• Strong project and program management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, including experience in presenting to executives and managing partners.
• Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, or PMI project methodologies.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% as needed.
• Preferred experience in supporting accounting, professional services, or similarly decentralized organizations.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Smartsheet is preferred.
• PMP, CM&AP, or a comparable project management or M&A integration certification is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
