This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee one of the Investigation and Disruption Teams within the Criminal Enforcement Unit.
• Lead the investigations and disruption capabilities of the CEU.
• Manage complex, intelligence-driven investigations and collaborative operations across multiple agencies.
• Achieve successful prosecutions while mitigating serious criminal threats.
• Effectively prioritize investigative resources.
• Implement criminal justice and other PURSUE interventions.
• Enhance professional capabilities through leadership, resource management, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards of investigative practices, governance, and compliance.
• Foster strategic partnerships with government entities, law enforcement, the CPS, and international agencies.
• Provide insights, governance, and organizational capabilities that support intelligence-led and operational enforcement activities.
• Recent management experience in an investigative law enforcement setting.
• In-depth understanding of complex criminal investigations and enforcement strategies.
• Recent experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to build effective partnerships in law enforcement, regulatory, and multi-agency contexts.
• Established record in leading serious and organized crime investigations.
• Experience in implementing criminal justice, disruption, and threat-reduction measures.
• Familiarity with performance frameworks, management information, and key performance indicators.
• Experience in leading activities within a serious and complex crime operational framework.
• Proven ability to develop and sustain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in driving organizational improvement, innovation, or change initiatives.
• Current PIP2 (Manager) accreditation, or an equivalent recognized investigative management qualification.
• Significant recent experience in leading teams focused on investigating and disrupting serious and complex crime, including strategic management of intricate criminal investigations and prosecutions.
• Candidates must adhere to UK immigration requirements and Civil Service nationality regulations.
• Successful candidates must complete disclosure and barring checks, as well as checks related to animal rights, pro-life activism, and relevant personnel security.
