This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Responsible for managing the automation product roadmap, ensuring alignment of priorities with business value, ROI, user impact, and scalability.
β’ Guaranteeing that solutions are designed with a user-centric approach across branch, operations, risk, and digital teams.
β’ Promoting reuse across various use cases and business units to minimize custom builds.
β’ Overseeing the design, development, testing, and deployment of dependable, scalable, production-ready automation solutions.
β’ Ensuring seamless integration of solutions into enterprise systems and workflows.
β’ Establishing standards for monitoring, observability, incident management, and operational support.
β’ Defining and implementing an enterprise automation strategy that aligns with AI CoE priorities, incorporating AI/ML and GenAI capabilities into agentic workflows.
β’ Connecting Automation, Applied ML, and GenAI pods to provide comprehensive, production-ready solutions.
β’ Offering technical leadership for the Intelligent Automation pod and nurturing its talent pool.
β’ Creating reusable automation and orchestration patterns, encompassing workflow automation, system integration, and AI + automation orchestration.
β’ Aligning project delivery with Azure, Databricks, enterprise architecture, and core systems like T24 and CRM.
β’ Leading vendor and platform management across automation and AI platforms, including UiPath, Power Automate, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
β’ Ensuring that solutions are cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with the long-term platform strategy.
β’ Assessing emerging tools and agentic AI capabilities for their fit within the enterprise.
β’ Ensuring that automation solutions comply with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and security requirements.
β’ Collaborating with Governance teams to integrate controls, auditability, and risk management into project deliverables.
β’ Leading and mentoring automation engineers and developers while encouraging innovation, responsibility, and high-quality results.
β’ Serving as a business-facing orchestration leader, collaborating with Product, Operations, Risk, and IT to ensure alignment of delivery with desired outcomes.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in automation, enterprise technology, or digital delivery, with a strong focus on RPA and workflow orchestration.
β’ Proven experience in integrating automation with AI/ML/GenAI solutions and achieving end-to-end production results.
β’ Strong product-oriented mindset, including ownership of roadmaps, value-driven prioritization, and user-centric design.
β’ Practical experience with APIs, enterprise integration, Azure architectures, CI/CD, monitoring, production support, and programming in Python, VB.NET, C#, and SQL.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of governance, auditability, compliance, and risk aspects in automated and AI-driven processes.
β’ Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities across both business and technology domains.
β’ Experience with workflow orchestration, queue management, and scheduling, particularly with tools like UiPath Orchestrator.
β’ Certifications: Certified Professional Specialized AI Professional Certification; Certified Professional Automation Developer.
