This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of a fundraising portfolio exceeding $750,000.

• Foster revenue growth through effective relationship management, strategic engagement with donors, and the development of volunteer leadership.

• Enhance fundraising pipelines and ensure alignment of event fundraising with the organization’s broader goals.

• Cultivate and elevate relationships with key donors, sponsors, and volunteer leaders to improve revenue and retention rates.

• Manage intricate event portfolios, guaranteeing robust execution, financial success, and a positive participant experience.

• Formulate and execute strategies aimed at increasing revenue, broadening donor pipelines, and fostering long-term engagement.

• Align event partners and participants with wider cultivation strategies to advance through the donor pipeline.

• Evaluate performance trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.

• Offer guidance and leadership to colleagues or project teams as required.

• Participate in meetings, events, and programs both remotely and in-person, based on portfolio assignments.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in fundraising and relationship development.

• Demonstrated success in managing larger and more complex fundraising portfolios.

• Advanced skills in relationship-building and donor engagement.

• Proven ability to devise and implement growth strategies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to influence others without direct authority and lead through collaboration.

• Proficient financial and performance management skills.

• Capacity to recognize and act on opportunities to enhance impact.

• Residence in the Gwinnett County, GA area is required.

• Availability to attend evening and weekend meetings, events, and programs, either remotely or in-person based on portfolio assignments.

• Some physical lifting may be required during event setup activities.
