This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist in the development and implementation of event strategies that align with GuidePoint's branding and business objectives.
β’ Help in the planning and management of events from inception to completion, covering pre-event, on-site, and post-event tasks.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance pipeline effectiveness.
β’ Monitor, compile, and analyze event ROI and attribution metrics.
β’ Ensure effective communication and processes with leadership, Sales, and other departments for seamless event execution and follow-up.
β’ Utilize Salesforce, Marketo, CVENT, and other related marketing tools to facilitate event operations.
β’ Oversee Vendor and Tier-2 events, such as conferences, trade shows, vendor sponsorships, and internal company gatherings.
β’ Manage event communications, documentation, registration, shipping logistics, and on-site execution.
β’ Work in conjunction with internal teams and external vendors, including agencies, catering services, logistics, facilities, and shipping providers.
β’ Support integrated marketing campaigns and co-marketing sponsorships associated with events.
β’ Jointly manage corporate marketing materials, including newsletters and all-hands presentation slides.
β’ Oversee event budgets and timelines.
β’ Ensure consistent GuidePoint messaging and brand representation throughout event experiences.
β’ Act as the on-site lead for smaller events and provide on-site assistance for larger gatherings.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B event marketing, preferably in a corporate setting.
β’ Required experience with Marketo, CVENT, or similar marketing platforms.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is essential.
β’ Openness to learn and utilize AI-driven tools.
β’ Strong project management abilities and a keen attention to detail.
β’ A self-motivated individual with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
β’ Primarily sedentary work with periods of physical activity during events.
β’ Significant use of wrists, hands, and/or fingers for at least 8 hours each day.
β’ Close visual acuity required for computer terminal use and extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
β’ Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
β’ Primarily remote workforce (U.S. based only, with some travel required for specific roles; on-site work may be necessary for Federal positions).
